- 2 Scoop Protein Powder
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup steel rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- ½ Egg whites
- PAN CAKE MIX (MAKE SURE IT CALLS FOR EGGS)
- DASH OF SALT
-1 TABLE SPOON BROWN SUGAR
-1 TABLESPOON FLAX MEAL
- DASH OF CINNAMON (OPTIONAL)
- ½ CUP COLD WATER

- Use the blender and put all ingredients in blender then on medium low speed until very well mixed.
- Heat pan on medium low heat and coat with non stick spray (coat in-between each pancake for easy flipping
- cook each side till golden brown color
- Ready to serve with your favorite Syrup and sides
