- 2 Scoop Protein Powder
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup steel rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- ½ Egg whites
- PAN CAKE MIX (MAKE SURE IT CALLS FOR EGGS)
- DASH OF SALT
-1 TABLE SPOON BROWN SUGAR
-1 TABLESPOON FLAX MEAL
- DASH OF CINNAMON (OPTIONAL)
- ½ CUP COLD WATER

Directions

  1. Use the blender and put all ingredients in blender then on medium low speed until very well mixed.
  2. Heat pan on medium low heat and coat with non stick spray (coat in-between each pancake for easy flipping
  3. cook each side till golden brown color
  4. Ready to serve with your favorite Syrup and sides
