9 Minute At Home Workout

Today we are going to go over a simple and easy 9 minute at home work out. This work out is for the everyman trying to get into shape but has limited amounts of time. We get it, we’ve been there before, and this is the work out we used to keep our selves in shape daily with no equipment necessary.

First Things First, Get a Nice glass of water ready and have a few sips before starting:

1. Squat

Perform as many squats as you can for 30 seconds

2. Legs Stretch

Stretch your Legs as shown in our tutorial video for 30 seconds 15 seconds in each leg

3. Shoulder Stretch

Stretch your Shoulders for 30 Seconds Using nice deep breathes

4. Spine Stretch

Stretch each side for 15 seconds for a total of 30 Seconds

5. Bicep Stretch

Stretch Both Biceps at the same time for 30 Seconds

6. Diamond Push Up

Perform as man Diamond Push Ups as you can for 30 Seconds

7. Triceps Stretch

Stretch your triceps for 15 seconds each Side for a total of 30 seconds

8. Push Up

Perform as many Push-ups as you can for 30 seconds

9. Lunge

Perform as many Lunges as you can for 30 seconds, alternating legs each Rep

10. Calf Raises

As Instructed in the Video do these for 60 seconds no Stopping or cheating

11. Diamond Push Up

Perform as man Diamond Push Ups as you can for 30 Seconds

12. Squat

Perform as many squats as you can for 30 seconds

13. Push Up

Perform as man Diamond Push Ups as you can for 30 Seconds

14. Spine Stretch

Stretch each side for 15 seconds for a total of 30 Seconds

15. Finish Your Water then Start the Day

Note: You can perform this Total body work out as many times as
you like during the day when you have time
